
Substitute spinach if green beans are unavailable, or add spinach in addition to the green beans.
2 medium zucchini
3 stalks celery
1 handful green beans (frozen or fresh)
Handful parsley
Braise the zucchini, celery and green beans in 1.5 cups filtered water until very soft (approximately 10 minutes).
Place the veggies, water and parsley into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.
Eat immediately for the best taste.
