Galaxy Shake

Serves 1 adult or 2 kids

This high energy, high protein smoothie keeps 'em going for the long haul. Great for breakfasts, afterschool snacks or a pre-game power boost. Rich carob, almond butter and a splash of mint will get them on their way!

1 cup whole milk, soy milk or nut milk
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 scoop unsweetened whey or soy protein powder
2 tablespoons raw almond or hemp butter
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar or unfiltered honey
1-2 tablespoons liquid chloropyll with mint (find it in the supplements section at natural food stores)
2 teaspoons spirulina powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
