
Hemp Milkshakes - Meg Harpool

This high-protein shake makes a perfectly healthy after school snack, a cool delight to beat the heat, or a light dessert to end a summer day. For an extra boost of good fats and protein, add a scoop of hemp powder. Try Living Harvest hemp milk, as it is lightly sweetened with brown rice syrup.
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup frozen fruit or berries
1 banana (optional)
1 1/2-2 cups vanilla hemp milk
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy, adding more hemp milk or berries to thin or thicken the shake, as needed.
